This is a 1948 Peterbilt 344DT titled as a 1949 although the build sheets says date shipped was 10/28/48. The truck # is L1520, model #344DT, engine #71141. The title is in the name of Peterman!, Body seems to be in good shape apart from a bit of rust on the lower backcorner of cab on the drivers side. Will need new tires, headlights need wiring, needs rear view mirrows, mud flaps, wiper blades. just received 4 new batteries. Fires up & sounds good.
